Eshmart Hair – Returns & Refunds Policy (Premium Customer Care Standard)

Effective January 2026

At Eshmart Hair, our priority is to ensure that every customer receives premium-quality wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, and accessories with full confidence.
To maintain the highest hygiene, safety, and quality standards, we offer a clear and customer-friendly Returns & Refunds Policy outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must remain unused, uninstalled, unwashed, uncolored, and unaltered.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, lace, and protective seals.

  • For hygiene safety, any product showing signs of wear, tampering, or styling cannot be accepted.

Note: Lace cut, installed wigs, or bundles that have been unwrapped cannot be returned.


2. Return Process (Simple & Secure)

To request a return:

  1. Email our Customer Care Team: Eshmartsupport@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.

  3. Once reviewed, you will receive:

    • Return approval

    • Step-by-step instructions

    • The designated return address (Lagos/International Hub, depending on your region)

We encourage customers to use a trackable courier service and keep proof of shipment.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item delivered was:

    • Defective

    • Incorrect

    • Damaged during transit

If Eshmart Hair is responsible for the error, we will cover all return shipping fees.


4. Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email within 3–5 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refund amount excludes:

    • Shipping fees

    • Customs duties (where applicable)

Important: Refunds will not be issued if the returned hair shows signs of usage, manipulation, or damage.


5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange your order for:

  • A different length

  • A different texture

  • A different product of equal value (subject to availability)

If your selected replacement has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
If it is lower in value, a refund of the balance will be issued.


6. Right of Withdrawal (International Customers)

For customers in regions where consumer withdrawal rights apply (e.g., the EU):

  • You may exercise your right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Notification must be made by email to: eshmartsupport@gmail.com

  • A withdrawal request form can be provided upon request.


7. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Installed or worn wigs

  • Custom-coloured, custom-styled, or customized units

  • Final-sale or clearance items

  • Items with removed tags, altered lace, or missing packaging

  • Accessories such as wig caps, adhesives, combs, or care products


8. Quality Guarantee

Every Eshmart Hair product undergoes a triple-layer quality assurance check before dispatch.
In the rare event that your product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include pictures/videos for faster verification

  • A replacement or full refund will be arranged immediately
