🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• No refunds — exchange only

• Requests must be made within:

  • Ibadan/Oyo: 24 hours

  • Other states: 48–72 hours

  • International: 72 hours

✅ Exchange Conditions

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

• No washing, cutting, coloring, or styling

• Original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact

• Wig must only be tried with a wig cap

• Must be returned in resalable condition

• Only for items of equal value

• Price differences must be paid

• All items go through quality inspection
