All orders are processed and dispatched from our Eshmart Hair store in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria, or directly from our trusted partner factories when applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Eshmart Hair, we prioritize quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Due to the sensitive nature of human hair products, we operate a strict exchange-only policy.
❌ Cash refunds are not offered.
Return Eligibility Timeline
Requests must be initiated within the following timeframes after delivery:
Ibadan & Oyo State: within 24 hours
Other Nigerian states: within 48–72 hours
International orders: within 72 hours
Requests made outside these timelines will not be accepted.
Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, all conditions below must be met:
Item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
No cutting, coloring, washing, styling, sewing, or chemical treatment
Original tags, seals, packaging, and accessories must remain intact
Wigs may only be tried on with a wig cap
Product must be returned in resalable condition
Any item showing signs of use or tampering will be declined.
Exchanges
Approved returns are eligible for exchange only, for items of equal value
Any price difference must be paid before processing
All exchanges are subject to quality inspection and approval
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
Once verified, a replacement or exchange will be arranged at no extra product cost.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in confirmed defect cases
